Guest Ratings & Reviews
It felt like a scene from a movie where the main character hits rock bottom and checks into a roadside motel. The room temperature was close to 100 degrees, and the noise from the nearby interstate made it very loud, even at night. However, the service was incredibly friendly and helpful, with a minor hiccup resolved effectively, though there was a delay. The location was quiet, allowing for peaceful sleep, even though it wasn't what I expected. The dining offerings were simple, missing some elements shown in pictures. The facilities were adequate but lacked some luxury touches.
The hotel rooms were good enough for me in terms of cleanliness, but there was a funky smell that bothered me during my stay. The location was excellent for my needs, close to UT and with easy access to downtown. The dining options were limited, with some inconsistencies in breakfast offerings. The service was lacking, with a rude and unhelpful staff member causing delays and misunderstandings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms took a while to cool down after a late game but were clean, in line with their nonsmoking policy. The service was a bit of a letdown with a rude and unhelpful encounter in the morning, though other staff members were very friendly. The location was decent, especially for visitors to UT Austin, but could be a bit of a walk without a car. The dining experience was nice, offering a good range of breakfast options. Overall, the facilities met my basic needs during the stay.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and fast wifi, although non-smoking rooms were not available. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in resolving an issue I encountered. The location, close to UT Austin, was convenient for my visit, though some noise from the freeway was noticeable. The dining options, including a breakfast spread, were satisfactory. Overall, a good value for money.
Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with clean and comfortable rooms being a highlight. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with a double charge for the room. The location was convenient for where I needed to be, but keep in mind it might be a long walk without a car. Dining options were mediocre, but the breakfast line was decent. Facilities were satisfactory, providing what was needed during our visit.
